PTFE ( TEFFLON ) INSULATED SILVER PLATED COPPER WIRE. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION :
Teflon Wires are made by wrapping tape over Silver or
Nickel Conductor & Cured in a sintering oven. Wrapping provides better uniformity & concentricity then extruded cables. PTFE has very good insulating properties & excellent Thermal Stability. |
THERMAL CLASS:
- Silver plated wires is suitable up to 270oc, 2) Nickle plated wire is suitable up to 200oc,
SIZE:
7/40 AWG to 133/23 AWG. Multi core cable also available with FG. Yarn, Mica Tapes S.S. Braiding.

FEATURE OF PTFE INSULATED WIRES
Flame Retardant : PTFE insulation is Fire proof and Flame proof. In case of short circuit or fire PTFE does not damage.
Heat Resistant : PTFE insulation is heat resistant. If some time it has to carry heavier load than its
capacity it will not damage. It is also cold Resistant, it with stand from – 60oC
upto 260oC.
Save Current
: PTFE Insulated wires have a lower resistance in comparison of PVC insulated z
wires. In V resistant, this wiring saves electricity.
Save Space : The diameter of PTFE insulated wires are much less for the equivalent rate of PVC wires. It allows more numbers of wires into conduct housing.
Long Lasting : PTFE Insulated wires have longer life than of b PVC Insulated wires. PTFE
insulation is mechanical stronger than PVC insulation. These wires are fire proof, heat proof, moisture proof, chemical proof and fungus proof, etc. |

Fibre Glass Cables Made from Copper / Tinned Copper Conductor is Covered with ‘E’ Class Fibre Glass Yarn & then Varnish with suitable Varnish as per Class required. It can be Varnished with ‘B’ Class ‘F’ Class & ‘H’ Class Varnish & is recommended for Continues use at 130oC, 150oC, 180oC.
Size Available: 0.5 mm sq to 300 mm sq. Single core & multi core cables with metal Braiding / Asbestos Ceramic Yarn Braiding. Colours: Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, Black, Natural / White. |
