CAD CAM Applications

Precision plays a pivotal role in mould making. We work towards achieving the same through continuous update of our softwares and local connection of the computer and machines. We ensure that the machines and the computers are, at all times manned by our engineers, so that at any point there is no level of even negligible error and that the optimum result is achieved ensuring perfection towards our common goal.

CNC Machines

We have a sophisticated tool-room with CNC machining centre. We are known for our efficiency and high rate of production which is achieved through high speed machining with ATC technology. This advanced technology & use of complex tooling helps us produces the best results in the minimum possible time. Use of sophisticated polishing, equipments and accessories enhance the precision of moulds.

Quality Control

Since its inception in 1998, our company has long followed the tradition of having satisfied its valuable customers...always. At Jet pack we never loose our focus- that of having a happy customer. Quality control is another important aspect of our company policy. Inspection and checks are installed at various levels, right from material received through machining to dispatch. Functions of moving parts are checked before trial and dispatch. Touch probe facility is available on one of the CNC milling machines
