Dr. Bond VS Dextrin
(Advantages over Dextrin)

  • Guaranteed 100 % Pasting as against  75 to 80 % of Dextrin.
    Process wastage of paper will be reduced by  50% due to consistent quality of pasting.
    Consistent Quality in composition
    Same moisture % can be maintained throughout the process.
    Less Manpower while Process.
    Re inspection not required.
    Higher compression strength (C. S.) as compared to Dextrin.
    No delamination
    Application 45 - 50 gm. per m2(Approx) against 60 - 65 gms per m2 for dextrin
    Easy to clean applicators as against dextrin
    Non-hygroscopic (Does not absorb atmospheric moisture)
    Smooth finishing for Top surface.
  • Application at room temperature as against 60 - 70 deg C for Dextrin which results in very high  savings in energy cost.
