What is Spirall Tank?
A popular name in both Europe and USA, Spriall tanks have also been availablefor the past two decades in india. Developed and paterened by Bauku of Germany, the tanks are manufactured by a unique process known as Spriall winding
The Spriall tank process involves extruding a special engineering grade of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and PP (Copolymer) into a strip and then winding it sprially and continously over a rotating mandrel to form a homogenous, seamless shell.
The fabricated tanks are available in a wide range of shapes and sizes to suit the requirments. HDPE can withstand at ambient temp. and PP can Withstand up to 100 0c
