BOBSON ENGINEERS & CONTRACTORS was started in 1968.
Bobson Engineers & Contractors, a partnership concern (Period :-1968 to 2006)was founded by Late Mr. P.N.Kota. & Mrs S.P.Kota with each having 50% share in Profits / Losses & later on a proprietory concern of Mr P.N.Kota.
Mr P.N.Kota former Inspection Officer at L & T, East Asiatic Machine Tools & MIDCO Pvt. Ltd. as a site Engineer. He had started this business with his first client as Rally Wolf & later on with the Automobile Industry producing for two wheelers, three wheelers & four wheelers.
Later on we have developed for dairy machinery & Defense ammunitions & machinery spares.
Additional Services
We Design & Manufacture Drill jigs & Fixtures as per job requirement.
Special gauges for inspection of Tooling e.g. Gauges for checking Drill jig Bushes.
Inspection facilities
We have the following inspection instruments Slip Gauges (Validity of inspection = 10 years) Vernier Callipers, Micrometers, Dial GaugesInspection Table, Thread micrometers.Snap Gauges, Thread Ring Gauges and Thread Plug Gauges. Radius Gauges for checking Tool Profiles. Special Gauges are made as per job & tool requirement.
Inspection Frequency
Production Gauges are checked after a period of 25 days.Tooling gauges are checked after 6 months. Every job is checked at each stage of operation by qualified Inspectors. Final Inspection is done before dispatch on sampling bases. |
