MIXER CUM ROASTER
GENERAL:	This is Roaster cum deep fat fryer; this Machine is suitable for roasting or deep frying of various Ingredients. The Roasting is achieved at 180⁰ C.
UTILITY:	Power Supply, 440 Volts A.C. 3 Phase 50 Hz. 4 Wire for Electric Motor / Heater with 32 Amps. Main Switch.
PROCESS DESCRIPTION:	This is a rapid Roasting Machine used for Frying / roasting Onion, Coriander, Coconut and for removing moisture & increasing shelf life of Powder, Chemicals, Spices. The blender consists of outer & inner spiral ribbons supported on a centrally mounted longitudinal axis. When the agitator rotates, the material is carried radially around the inside of the blender. Outer & inner ribbon moves the material in opposite directions. Thus triple mixing action takes place. The 'Hytherm 500'Thermic fluid oil (H.P. Make) in the jacket is heated by 2 Nos. Oil immersion Heaters of 3 K.W. Each inserted from 2 Pockets at the corner of the Mixer. Once the oil in the jacket is heated, the material in the container is uniformly mixed or heated by specially designed helical shape Blades. The impeller is driven by Electric Motor. To avoid heat loss the jacket is insulated by glass wool & covered with M.S. plate. The Thermostat inserted in the Jacket controls the Temperature of the Thermic fluid oil. The Thermostat is connected to the Control Panel & the Temperature is maintained. It is ideal to set the Thermostat at 180⁰ to 185⁰ C.

JUICE EXTRACTOR (Hand operated)
GENERAL:	The machine is used to extract the juices from soft fruits like orange, grapes etc. The machine is conical screw feeder type with top feeding arrangement and bottom discharge separately for juice & pulp. All the contact parts are of Stainless Steel. The machine is available with Hand operated facility.
UTILITY:	No power Supply required, Hand operated.
CAPACITY :	The machine capacity is 30 Kg./ Hr.

JUICE EXTRACTOR (Pulper type)
GENERAL:	The machine is used to extract juice & pulp from fruits like Mango, Chikku, Papaya, etc. & Vegetables. The Machine is driven by Electric Motor consisting of rotary blades, scrapers along with the sieves. The Machine can be used as Finisher by changing the sieves.
UTILITY:	Power Supply, 440 Volts A.C. 3 Phase 50 Hz. 4 Wire for Electric Motor of 2 HP.
CAPACITY :	The Machine capacity is 100 - 150 Kg. / Hr.
