• Motor - 2800 rpm Oil filled motor with 'P' class insulation and temperature rise of 'B' class, suitable for three
phase or single phase power supply.
• The Motor is jacketed & filled with coolant. Thus pump is suitable for working in worst of the working
conditions of dry running.
• Dual ball bearing running in oil bath.
• Dual Mechanical Seal.
• Cable : 1.5 sq. mm x 4 core double sheathed cable of 5 mtrs as standard length.
• Extra Cable can be provided with prior information.
• Material of Construction - All Cast Iron with Stainless Steel Jacket.

• Portable & self priming with bottom suction which enables the pump to dewater up to the lowest level
• Motor available in "F" class insulation also have option of submersible winding.
• Motor - 2800 rpm suitable for 230 VAC single phase for pumps up to 2 HP and for entire range 415 vac,3ǿ ,50 Hz power supply.
• Motor is jacketed hence cooling takes place faster.
• Dual mechanical seal. for protection of motors, pump side seal Tc Vc Tc.
• Cable - of suitable rating x 4 core submersible cable of 10 mtrs length free with the pump.

Submersible Effluent Pumps

APPLICATIONS :
Model-EV400, Ev550, EV650 are recommended for handling light sewage, effluent with suspended solids upto 50mm diameter. Also useful for dewatering of mines, construction pits containing sand and or other abrasive particles. Can be used in coal handling plants in Coal Mines and
Power Plants. Light in weight and portable as compared to other solid handling pumps. Can handle fiberous materials such as waste cloth, cotton waste, etc. Useful in cable trenches or tunnels in factory or handling/ removing coolant from machine pits.

Vertical Effluent Pumps
• Vertical wet pit type with Pump submerged and motor at the top coupled by extended shaft.
• Available in SS, Ci, Cast Steel and rubber lined constructions.
• Column pipe and discharge pipe are mounted on the same motor
stool frame, this enables to pull out the pump for maintenance purpose without emptying the pit.
• Available for column length upto 3 mtrs.
