Door shutter consisting of shutter frame and infill panel made from PVC material conforming to IS: 10151-1982.The shutter frame made out of PVC extruded sections having overall dimensions of 59mm x 24mm with wall thickness of 1.2mm +_ 0.2mm with usual process variation one side moldings. The shutter infill panel made out of PVC extruded sections having overall dimensions of 762mm x 20mm with wall thickness of 0.8mm +_ 0.2mm with usual process variation corresponding to PVC. The shutter frames shall be miter cut and joined at the corner with special polymeric “L” type corners having overall dimensions of 125mm x 250mm with usual process variation, inserted and fixed with 16 x 8 counter sunk fully threaded parallel shank CKS screws. All the other hardware location shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements. |
