Brand, Heading, Label, Ticket, Name, Sign, Word, Numeral or
any Combination of any of these.
b) any Slogan, Base Line, etc. which are used to describe any
product better.

Registrations protect your brand name further by Registration
of your Logos or the manner in which you write your Brand
Name. When Copyright Registration is done,the Registration of
the Artistic Work ie. your original work of Art.

Registrations :
Under
this, Shape Configuration or Pattern of any Article
(Industrial, Consumer Products, etc.)
is registered under Designes Act, 2000. The registration is to
be renewed after 10 years.
