The items before galvanization will be de rested & cleaned by shot blasting process or HCL acid bath cleaning process. Then the items are galvanized in Zinc bath. The temperature maintained at process around 450°c. |

Metalising Operations - Zinc spraying is carried out for shot blasted structures and other items by using 2.0 mm dia Pure (99.99) zinc wire. The method used is electrical fusion. The thickness obtained is 80-90 microns. If required it can be increased by double coating zinc wire by spray. The work finish is very smooth and aesthetic look is attractive.

This process is carried out only after shot blasting process. Zinc Spray Metalizing provides best anti-corresive property in high corresive environment. |
