ARUNVAK vacuum and pressure pumps are rotary vane type. The above pump basically consists of a stator and an eccentric rotor Vanes are fitted on the rotor slots and these come out during revolution and there by creates suction and compression of suction medium viz air. Ball bearing are used for balancing the rotor and thus creating smooth running. To prevent possible oil leakage through shaft, oil seal is utilised lubrication is ensured from felt packed oil reservoir We can also supply graphite vane to be fitted on the rotor. The unit is air cooled type, belt drive with a single or three phase 1440 rpm. Motor of suitable H.P. and is mounted on a sturdy base plate

ARUNVAC Water-ring vacuum pumps are rotary pumps using water as sealing fluid. It basically consists of cylindrical casing with control dies on either sides. Inside this consists an eccentrically located impeller with curved blades. ARUNVAK High vacuum pumps of oil immersed rotary vane type are available in a wide range of size in single stage and double stage construction. ARUNVAK Pumps consist of a main casing with a rotor fitted eccentrically in it. The vanes are fitted in the slots in the rotor on opposite sides with springs in between during rotation, the vanes move in and out of the slots and sweeps the air space two times in a revolution
