Produced Wax pattern from single or multi cavity die (tool) are then assembled to from a tree structure having feeding gate, runners, & spure |

Sucessive coates of ceramic slurries & refractory sand are applied with intermediate drying time to form a hollow shell. |

The Specified molten metal is poured in the hot backed hollow shell. |
|
Upon cooling the resulting precision casting are achieved after usual operation like gate removal, cleaning, etc & subjected to further processing such as heat treatment, surface treatment etc. |
