Automotive & Industrial Lubricants, Thermic Fluids, Liquid Paraffin, Rerefining Of Thermic Fluids.

   Profile :-

Our modern blending plant situated at Vasai (East), Mumbai, equipped with full fledged Laboratory equipments for carrying out all required tests. We are also in a position to blend any quantity of Lubricating Oils as we have various sizes of blending kettles. Production capacity per month in normal working condition is 3000 M.T. (15000 barrels). The covered area of the plant is 18,000 Sq. ft. and total area is 30,000 sq. meters.

Besides the fully equipped plant, we are supported by well trained and experienced team of chemist and experts in the field of manufacturing Lubricants, who are extremely dedicated and professional.
We had manufactured Automotive & Industrial Lubricants for Gulf Oil India Ltd, Bharat Shell Ltd.
(Certificates Enclosed) for, Balmer Lawrie Fuchs Ltd.,Mobil India Ltd.
We have a contract for packing 1/4 litre to 5 litres containers with Bharat Petroleum Corporation
( BPCL), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd.( HPCL) for their Engine & Gear Lubricating oils.
We had even obtained ISI Mark for our Engine Lubricating Oil in the year 1983 after conducting  performance tests at Indian Institute of Petroleum, Dehra Dun. Our re-refined Engine Lubricating  Oil was successfully performance tested TWICE at Lubrizols Laboratory in OHIO. USA.

We also manufacture our own Automotive & Industrial Lubricating Oils and market them under the brand name of “SHAKTEE”, using Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd, Base Oils and Additive packages from Lubrizol India Ltd as well as Indian Additives Ltd.

Re-refining of used Lubricating Oils.

Lubricating oil does not wear out but the chemical additives does. The Lubricating oil only gets contaminated with extraneous matters, hence, after re-refining. it can be used over & over again for the same purpose.

Being pioneer in re-refining of all types of used Lubricating Oils, with establishment of our unit in 1964, having conventional Acid Clay process. Since the waste of this process has no ideal & safe disposal, we have over a period of time developed and changed over to High Temperature High Vacuum Distillation unit. Not only the quality of the product matches absolutely with the virgin oil specification, the recovery of oil is also highest possible as there is only carbon particles remains as residue.
We are redistlling used Rolling Oils for Indian Aluminium Ltd to their original specification and Engine & Gear Oils for BEST Undertakings, (Mumbai Buses). We have re-refined Lubricating oils for BARC, Larson & Toubro Ltd, Bharat Forge Ltd, Ramon & Demm Ltd, M.S.R.T.C and Thermic Oils for Telco, Pune and practically all the Textile Mills & Chemical plants of Mumbai, Vapi, Surat and Ahmedabad.
We also render services of testing the used Thermic Oil to monitor the condition of the oil and issue our report.

   Services :-

It must be noted that our country is dependent on imported crude to meet it’s requirement of lubricating oils as all indigenous crude oils are wax bearing and hence not suitable for manufacture of lubricating oils.

Industry would come to grinding halt without lubricating oil. It is an essential commodity that keeps the wheels of industry moving.  At the same time generated used oil can have a devastating effect on the environment if not handled properly.  Just as we are required to handle sewage, wastewater, garbage etc, we cannot ignore and allow indiscriminate disposal of used lubricating oil, which is what is happening now a day in India.  Used lubricating oil if thrown on land, not a blade of grass would grow and if let into water, marine life would be endangered. To recycle used lubricating oil is not only an intelligent option for any country, but more so for India, as it would conserve both the natural resource as well as foreign exchange.  To that extent, it would also make us self sufficient in Lube oil.
