Company Profile

Dynaquip Machines is one of the leading manufactures of pressure Die Casting Machines. The company manufactures Horizontal Cold Chamber Pressure Die Casting Machine with locking force of 80 tons, 180 tons, 280 tons and 400 tons capacity and is the only manufacturer of fully automatic Hot Chamber Pressure Die Castings Machines in the range of 15 tons, 30 tons, 60 ton and 90 ton locking force capacities. The company has recently develop Vertical Die Castings Machines for pressure die casting of rotors of electric motors and can supply a machine on 30 Ton to 300 Ton capacity made as per customer requirement .

The company has its full fledged factory at plot no.42, in Tivim industrial Estate, Mapusa Goa admeasuring 700sq. meters and equipped with horizontal Boring Machines, Planer, Radial Drill Lathes, and CNC turning centre, fabrication equipment and 10 ton capacity EOT crane. It employs 17 people and has average turnover of around 1 crore.

The company has developed automatic accessories for Cold Chamber machines such as Auto Ladler, Auto Plunger Lubricator, Auto extractor and trimming presses.

Besides manufacturing new machines the company also undertakes repairing, reconditioning and retrofitting of old pressure die casting machines of any make and model.
