About The Company : |
We are in the Material Handling field for over 34 years. Started with Belt Jointing work and then further progressed to manufacture and supply of Sidewall Cleated Conveyor Belts from 1984. We have further added to our credit some other products like Rubber Mattings, Crocodile Grip Beltings, etc.

Crocodile Grip Belting

Conveyor Belt engineers have, for long, faced the problem of steep angle conveying of bulk materials as well as packaged goods. "Crocodile Grip Belting" , a virtual solution for higher degree conveying has emerged. Belt with a grip - So strong - like a "CROCODILE GRIP" and hence the name.
As the name indicates, this type of specially designed and value added belt has capability of gripping the bulk material / packages and can trough even upto 90 Degrees. The belt is capable of virtually enveloping the material at times in a semi -circular fashion and hence need for expensive hood covers can be altogether deleted. The requirements of handling different bulk / packages are different and measures are taken accordingly. ' V ' or ' U ' Cleated Belts are used with standard grips. |

Features:
• Can be used in all seasons.
• The rubber matting has specialized application in wet surfaces.
• It can withstand heat to a greater degree.
• Some of the rubber matting have been provided with specialised water outlets to avoid water clogging in the matting.
• It is also very easy to clean and wash.
• Invariably both sides have designs to propagate grip on slippery surfaces. Hence has a two - in - one choice
of design which is a great advantage.
• Due to rollability as per the requirement you can spread or roll up the matting . |
