Polytetrafluroethylene ( PTFE ) is a versatile engineering plastic having a exceptional combination of many useful properties.
It is commercially known as PTFE.
Properties : PTFE has a number of noteworthy properties.
• Total resistance to virtually all chemicals including oxidising acids.
• Temperature resistance-service-temperature range -200oC to 260oC.
• Nonadhesive & anti-stick material.
• Lowest co-efficient of friction for all known materials & is self lubricating.
• Outstanding electrical properties over a wide frequency & temperature range.
• Non toxic non flammable.
• Excellent weathering resistance.
• Negligible water absorption.
Due to above characteristics PTFE finds many outlets in chemical, mechanical, electrical, defence & electronic industries. Our products such as seals, valve seats, packings bellows, bearings, protective linings, piston rings are currently in use in many industries. Apart from above components our company also offers stock shapes in rods & bushes of standard sizes.
We also offer PTFE Products compounded with fillers to increase certain properties. This is done using fillers such as Glass fibre, carbon, bronze, Aluminium etc.

The factory is situated in Ahmednagar, which is 120 kms from Pune and is connected by rail and road to all the major cities in India. The production facilities include state of the art machinery for processing PTFE and machining the same. Some unique features include electronic PID controllers for regulating temperatures and dust free moulding room. The total installed capacity for processing PTFE IS 20T. Some of the jobs executed by us have had interesting features such as 600 mm dia rings and dimensional tolerance of 50 microns. |
