Activities

Our main activities are manufacturing of cutting tools, Single form tools, circular form tools, special form carbide inserts, form relieved cutters, tooling compound jigs and fixtures, templates, profile gauges  etc.

Plant Setup

We have following setup in our plant

1. Tool and cutter grinder - 2nos
2. Surface grinder NH500 Alex makes - 1no.
3. optical profile grinder WMW makes - 1no.
4. Milling NO.II AJEX ( made in UK ) - 1no.
5. Cylindrical grinder K130 - 1no.
6. Lathe Gujrath make - 1no.
7. Drilling M/C Prakash - 1no.

Inspection Facilitye

Profile projector, Slip Gauge boxes, Micro meters 0 to 25, 25 to 50, 50 to 75, flanged micro meter 0 to 25 Vernier calipers ( dial & Digital ), Dial Gauges least count 0.01, 0.001, Finger type dial gauges, Sine bars, Various types of 'V' blocks. In pairs, Height gauges, Surface plate, Between center etc.

A number of medium & small sale units in and around Pune.
