| Operation of the Machine & It's Scope : * The machine is suitable for tightening pre-threaded plastic caps with the set torque. * A self releasing clutch mechanism is provided to tighten the caps to pre-set torque. * The caps are to be placed manually on the mouth of the container. * The container to be placed under the capping head by the operator in the reference locators. * The head comes down pneumatically on actuation of the foot switch. * After tightening the cap to the set torque the head will move up on Releasing the foot switch. |
