S. S. METALS & MENON METALS are located at Sangli in south Maharashtra, a  Nature Gift City connected with Rail & Road to all over India. Our present Installed capacity of production is 2500 MT per year on single shift basis.

Raw Material : Primary Aluminium Ingots either from India (Hindalco, Naclo) or from abroad and all other ingredients like Silicon, Copper, Magnesium etc. from various places in abroad (Imported) are used for alloy manufacturing according to the specification of alloy.

Recycling : We process Aluminium new scrap which receive from the manufacturing Industries in the form of clean waste process material and material procured from National as well as International Market in the form of rejected casting, cut-sheets, profiles, extrusion punching and shearing. Recycling of Aluminium preserves valuable resources of raw material all without any loss of quality.

Smelting : Aluminium and Aluminium scrap is segreted and is thoroughly processed in furnaces where in it is checked for impurities, metal content on the spectrometer. Using controlled procedure these raw materials are finally mixed to obtain the optimum change for the smelting process. Further cleaning homogenization and using bottom pouring method measures ensure that the end of the of the process each. Alloys fulfills or even exceeds the quality requirements of the customers. Constant inspection and checks made during the smelting and casting process are a decisive factor in quality control.
