TRANSFORMERS
We manufacture all types of Transformers required by the Electrical, Electronic, Tele-Communication Industries as original equipment. These are widely used in the manufacture of Inverters, UPS Systems, Stabilisers, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, Control Panels, Microprocessor based control systems, General Instruments etc.
Range : 1 VA To 300 KVA ( 1PH & 3PH )
Operating Frequency : 5OHz, 40OHz, 1KHZ
General Construction : Open Type, PCB Mountable, Enclosed etc.,
Termination : Loose Flying Leads or Terminal Boards / Connectors / Tag Boards etc.
All transformers are vacuum impregnated or air dry varnished as per customers requirements.
All Transformers are made in class B, class F and class H, insulation category.
Special Purpose H.V. Transformers upto 25 KV are manufactured ( Oil Immersed or Epoxy Potted ). Ignition Transformers, for boilers are also manufactured to the customer’s specifications.
INDUCTORS
We manufacture all types of inductors specially required for the manufacturing of Inverters, UPS Systems, A.C. / D.C. Drives, Line Filters etc. in 1PH & 3PH versions.
Range : 50 micro Henry to 5 Henry.
Currents : Upto 100 Amps.
The inductors are double vacuum impregnated.
STANDARD TRANSFORMER SPECIFICATION

Conductors used - Super Enameled class 'F' wires & Strips.
Operating Voltage - 240V 1PH or 415V 3PH or as per specifications.
Input Frequency - 5OHz standard or 6OHz, 40OHz, 1OOOHZ, as per specifications.
Laminations - Standard E & I or Strips in CRGO 0.35mm thick or CRNO 0.5mm thick grades.
Regulation : 1 % to 10 %
Efficiency : 80 to 95 %
Insulation : Class 'B', Class 'F' or 'H'
Cooling : Natural, Forced Air-cooled, Oil immersed.
H.V. Test : All Transformers are tested for 2.5 KV AC HV test for I minute between windings & body

CVT STABLISERS
We also manufacture CVT Stabilisers in the range from 50VA To 2KVA, Standard Specifications are as below.
Input : 180V - 260V AC 1PH - 5OHz.
Output : 220V To 230V + - 2 %
Rating : 50VA To 2KVA.
Construction : Open type for Control Panels or complete in M.S. Enclosures with output socket, input mains cord, fuse, neon indicators etc.,
We also make non standard CVT Stabilisers with input IOV or 415V & output 110V / 22OV / 415V as per customers requirement.
