DESCRIPTION :- The machine is sturdy, Compact in design and simple in operation , It consists mainly of positive Geneva mechanism linked to intermediate moving of chain with 24 no,s interchangeable nylon tube holder and carrier for different tube size , One ss filling syringe pump with Teflon piston , One ss filling nozzle connected to small pneumatic string cutter device for control of tailing , NO TUBE- NO FILL device to bypass empty pocket [absent of tube ] in ONLINE , One 30 kg ss hopper for paste / ointment , One ss block attached to hopper and intricate positive cam and cam assembly closed in elegantly ss cabinet . Filled, Sealed and code stamped tubes are ejected automatically on a stainless steel chute; filling assembly is very easy for cleaning or for change over to other product. SALIENT / STANDARD FEATURE OF CREFIL 60 1] Sturdy & compact design suitable for size tube 12 mm to 50 mm diameter & 70 mm to 200 mm length also spare available for changing volume of cream / ointment / paste from 5 gm to 250 gms .
2] Online NO TUBE –NO FILL system is attached in the machine.
3] The machine available in semi and complete automatic.
4] The filling is achieved by positive suction and positive pressure to discharge cream /     ointment / paste with accuracy of 00.02 + / - mg.
5] To avoid dripping / tailing, pneumatic string cutter device is provided in the machine.
6] Operation of tube pressing, first fold, second fold, batch numbering & ejection, all      these operations have separate station.
7] Digital product counter is attached in the machine.
