Conveyor is designed for vertical handling of wide range of bulk materials in a continuous, pulsating material flow,
by revolving carriers to form an endless run, PRAWEG offers variety of elevators like centrifugal discharge type,
positive discharge type, continuous type and also shelf elevators, which unlike the other elevators has an advantage of inter-mediate discharge of material.
High speed centrifugal discharge type bucket elevators are used for conveying dry easily flowing, pulverized and
fine size lumpy materials like crushed coal, cement, sand
etc. In case of large size lumpy and abrasive materials,
PRAWEG offers slow speed elevators, where material is avoiding scooping
Use of chains or belts as traction element and different bucket shapes, provide universal possibility of combinations. PRAWEG designs elevators to match your duty requirements by selecting the appropriate combination.
Apart from conventional bucket elevators also offers overlapping buckets type elevator, shelf elevator,
cradle elevator etc. |

PRAWEG offers shelf elevators for vertical or inclined conveying of various unit loads like barrels, boxes, bales, etc. Variety of racks on the shelf elevator chains facilitate lifting of various shapes of loads. Cradle elevators can be offered where intermediate loading or unloading is envisaged. Electrical interlocking to achieve automatic loading/unloading can also be provided.

EXECUTIVE FEATURES :
1. Chain/Belt Catchers prevent falling of traction element during its accidental breakage.
2. Hold back unit is provided to prevent drifting back of loaded buckets during power cut-off. |
DIVERTERS:
Diverters can be used for intermediate discharge of material from a conveyor as and when required During normal run,
diverter maintains the belt troughed, and makes if flat when comes in operation.
This is achieved by floating type flat idlers inbuilt with the
diverter. This prevents spillage of material which normally occurs in conventional methods of material diversion. MEC offers both fixed and flexible type of
diverters as shown.

Material is propelled along the conveyor
shaft, as nut would be moved on a threaded bar if retained from rotation. In screw conveyor rotation of material together with screw is prevented
by its gravity force, and friction on the trough wall.
PRAWEG offers screw conveyors both horizontal and vertical/Inclined for conveying
variety of materials like granular, free flowing, powdered, small lumps, etc.
Screw profiles are available in different forms like continuous, ribbon cut flight and paddle type, for conveying variety of materials. Continuous screws are used for conveying dry fine-granular and
pulverized materials not liable slumping, Ribbon type screws are effective with slumping materials. Paddle/Cut flight screws are used if intermixing of materials during conveying is required.

DROP FORGED RIVETLESS CHAIN ---------------- |
PRAWEG offers top quality Drop Forged Rivetless Chains. All chain parts are drop steel for maximum strength. Pins are placed through the center link and held in position by notches in the side bars when they are installed. Symmetrical design of the pin allows for 1800 rotation if new wear surfaces should be required.

PRAWEG use various attachments to cater the variety of applications. Some of the standard attachments are as under. |

Type "B" attachments are used to support the load bar & also for mounting indexers. Type "C" attachment is used when a carrier design includes a clevis. It can also be used with a bent rod hook to carry light load. |
|
|
"H" attachment is a widely used trolly attachment. Type "I" attachment is used as a filler on intermidiate trolleys that do not carry a load. |
|
Chain trolleys supplied by PRAWEG are with forged brackets & have rollers provided with external lubrication arrangement, labyrinth seals & case hardened bearing components. |
|
|
|
Centralized lubrication system is provided to facilitate lubrication at chain pins either by brush or drip type directly on chain. Rollers are normally provided with grease nipples. |
