We
introducing ourselves as the manufactures of Plain Limit
Gauges in CARBIDE & also in Steel variety since 1992.
All of partners are Ex - Mikronix Associates having long
experience in this line of manufacturer. We have also
launched our new product Tungsten Carbide Slip Gauges.
"PRECI-LAP" Gauges are inherent quality &
Performance characteristics which is an outcome of
conformity to our own & ISO designs, process technology
& rigid / correct grade of material specification /
selection. Gauges calibration are traceable to National
Physical Laboratory, New Delhi.
We are regularly supplying our products throughout the country
and are enclosing herewith our product catalogue &
few xerox copies of orders executed for your ready
reference & study.

CARBIDE : "GO" member in Carbide & "NO
GO" member in steel. GO & No GO
can be supplied in carbide if required. RANGE : 2 to 40 mm. Gauges of other sizes, special lengths can be
supplied on request.
STEEL
: RANGE : 2 to 250 mm.
SNAP
GAUGES : (CARBIDE & STEEL) RANGE :
3 to 250 mm. Carbide & Steel snap gauges can be supplied in
single ended & double ended variety.
Generally Gauge Design & overall dimensions are
as per out own design. Gauges as per customers
design & requirement can be supplied
on request.
REVERSIBLE
TYPE WIDTH GAUGES These
Gauges are specially designed for checking groove
width or key way widths. Reversible type design
doubles the wear life compare toconventional design. RANGE : (In Carbide & Steel) 0.5 to 100 mm
RING GAUGES
CARBIDE
: Carbide
ring of special wear resisting grade is fitted in
steel body.
Steel Body protection to carbide ring & makes it
easy to handle.
The Ring Gauges are ground & Lapped to excellent
surface finish. RANGE : 6 to 40 mm.
STEEL
: RANGE : 6 to 100 Gauging dimensions for Plain Ring Gauges will
conform to IS :3455 of 1971.
Gauging dimensions for Master Ring will maintained
as per IS :3485 of 1983 and actual size will be
marked on the gauge. Form tolerance will be
maintained to IT 1 grade of accuracy
