MICROMIZER - THE ENERGY SAVER FOR LIGHTING
APPLICATIONS IN SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZED COMMERCIAL
ENTERPRISES
PRODUCT AND TECHNOLOGY
The MICROMIZER is basically a series reactance coil,
when installed on discharge lighting feeders, results in
substantial energy saving. While there is a NOMINAL
impact on the light output, the savings are quite
attractive.
Typically, the MICROMIZER would help save atleast
20-25% on the lighting energy bills. Most important to
note here is that the device has application in LIGHTING
LOADS only and should not be used with air-conditioners.
Other electrical loads like PCs & Fans MAY BE PRESENT in the
particular lighting circuit where there would be a saving.
However, ideally, the circuit should
be a segregated lighting load only.
We are initially introducing
8 models of MICROMIZER in two variants in 2 KVA, 3 KVA, 4.5
KVA and 6 KVA capacities.
All models are for SINGLE PHASE operation only.
The two basic variants will be `INTELLIGENT’ and `MANUAL’ versions. The former has some very useful features like
automatic timer with up to 8 different user settable
programs, monitoring of load parameters like voltage,
current, kVA, kW (Units) etc. and automatic switching
between BYPASS mode and SAVING / SUPER SAVING modes
depending on the input supply condition of voltage. In
addition, an estimation of SAVED
UNITS is also a standard feature.
