UV Disinfector are designed for easy installation, features a compact reactor and broad spectrum medium pressure UV lamp having hard glass and high purity sleeve that out performs conventional UV system. Available from 500 LPH to 10,000 LPH in standard models. We do have duel wavelength UV employed to destroy microorganism and TOC reduction.
Ultraviolet Sterilizer provides a safe means of water Purification, which has been a proven process for many years. This method is now widely recognized and accepted as the concern of bacterial contamination has increased.
By use of ultraviolet light spectrum in the range of 254nm, DNA and or RNA of bacteria, virus and pathogens are destroyed. The photon UV technology is a non-chemical approach to disinfection by ultraviolet light, spectrum exposure on surrounding bacteria, virus and pathogens. Using germicidal lamps that are designed to kill at 99.99% under a predetermined dose of UV, fluid and medium are disinfected for pharmaceutical, beverage, food and other manufacturing applications.
 
Approximately 95% of the ultraviolet energy emitted from Photon germicidal lamps is at the mercury resonance line of 254nm, the reaction of Clermicidal effectiveness most destructive to bacteria, mold and virus.

We have a standard models for Drinking water I Mineral water production. Our range includes next generation water system, specially designed for Pharma industry with hot water Sanitisation membrane system fully validated. To increase the capacity of OM Plant or to improve the quality of feed water for various applications we have specified system. Our Two Pass RO design system offers a double barrier against water borne microbes and ensures the product water exceeds USFDA standard for Purified water.

For the treatment of highly contaminated water like Bore water I Sea water to drinking Water quality as per WHO standard for the use as portable water 0 r industrial process water. Each system is complete with prefilter, Activated Carbon filter, Micron filter and standard instruments.

Reverse Osmosis System The Process

Osmosis is a natural phenomenon, which occurs in all living cells as a control on the water balance In order to equalise solutions strength, water diffuses through a semi permeable membrane towards the higher concentration.

The ultimate height difference between the water columns on both sides of the membrane is referred to as Osmotic pressure

The application of pressure greater then the Osmotic pressure of a liquid reverses the water  flow direction over the membrane. In reverse Osmosis a pre-treated fluid is pressurised to a level above that of the Osmotic pressure and then additional pressure is added  to raise productivity. This results in a water flow over the membrane (permeate flow ) with a salt content below that of the raw water.

In general, permeate is obtained at near atmospheric pressure and with a lower salt content, while the feed solution remains on the other side of the membrane and has an increased salt content this concentrated solution is disposed of as brine

Water Demineraliser
Water Demineraliser Ion exchange is a domestic mature technology, mainly applied for the deep desalination, the making of the high pure-water and the water softening after the reverse osmosis and electro dialysis process.The process works like this : Ion exchange resins (little beads that are charged ) are coated with the replacement ions . In the case of water softening the beads are coated with Na+ and Cl- . In the case of deionization , they are coated with H+ and OH- Water flows over the resin , and knock off the ions that are already attached .

In the water treatment area , ion exchangers are generally used for softening , partial desalination and complete demineralisation . The deionate produced during the process is required mostly as boiler feed water for the operation of steam generation systems in industrial plants . The raw water is pre-treated (e.g. flocculation and filtration ) in accordance with the water source . Reverse osmosis has proved especially effective where demineralised water is needed .

RW has employed the ion exchange process for industrial water treatment for a variety of industrial operations. In particular, comprehensive experience has been gathered from a large number of plants installed for demineralisation and condensate polishing as part of the production of boiler feed water .

The process
During the process , the exchangeable ions linked to the ion exchange matrix are substituted for the ions to be removed from the water . In general , this process is reversible so that the whole process cycle consists of a service and a regeneration step. The adsorber material is employed in sealed filters as a fixed bed , in either an up- or down-flow. Anionic and cationic exchangers can be used individually , in multifilter or mixed bed applications . In the service cycle , the water flows through the mixed bed filter until the effluent concentration of the unwanted ions exceeds a certain level . The exhausted adsorber bed is regenerated with a solution containing an excess of exchangeable ions (in the form of brine , acids or a caustic solution) The adsorbed unwanted ions from the water are then removed in the form of a concentrate flow.

Both Two bed and Mixed Bed DM plants are also available in more sturdy construction of M.S.R.L for higher flow rate and capacity . Our standard unit can be connected to Multigrade Sand Filter , Activated Carbon filter as a pre-treatment .

For special application like pharma unit we have a complete systems which includes Raw Water Pumps , Multigrade Filters, Activated Carbon Filter, Two bed Demineraliser, Mixed bed Column, Micron filters and Ultraviolet disinfectant with recirculation loop to control microbes.

Because the plant is compact and all the working parts are accessible from the front, the plant can be installed almost anywhere. The machine is assembled on a steel Channel for ease of transportation and installation. The controls are solid state for reliability and include a digital conductivity meter and flow totalisers /meter.
Our range of unit are fully automatic using individual valves of highest quality with with microprocessor controls to facilitate the regeneration process. Our fully automatic DM plants covers the flow rates from 2000 lit/hr and more.
