Packshield is a fast growing

added one more feather in this by introducing, for
the First Time in India, Packguard boxes.These boxes are
made from new state-of-art technology, which are
retainable & reusable in nature. We offer
packaging boxes without pins and rivets which
causes hinderance in packing and transportation.
Any local packaging boxes have rivets in pins
which stares open and cannot sustain the weight of
goods.But this problem is overcome by cello
Bubbleguard boxes as they are only packaging boxes
without pin and rivets. Also cello Bubbleguard
boxes gives sole exclusivity as it cannot be
duplicated like other local packaging boxes.
Packguard is use for multiple
applications, in order to make Pallets, Display
board, Exprot boxes, Packaging, Containers, Crates
etc...

| Polyethylene Foam (EPE)

EPE is a new type of
environmentally-safe foaming material for strong
cushioning, shock proofing capabilities. It is
flexible and light with great elasticity. It has
good cushioning capabilities by absorbing and
spreading the impact from outside while bending
itself. It has avoided the weaknesses of
traditional rubber foams like easily braking,
distortion and bad rebounding features. EPE foam
products have good capabilities such as heat
preservation, moisture proofing, heat and sound
insulation, anti-friction, anti-ageing and rot
durability, etc. EPE is also available with
antistatic properties. EPE is a closed cell
extruded non cross linked polyethylene foam
manufactured from low density polyethylene as base
material with blowing agent of LPG, both are
Eco-friendly.

| Expanded Polystyrene Foam (EPS)

Expanded polystyrene is
a rigid closed cell/cellular plastic resin made
from petrochemicals derived from crude oil. The
resin is incorporated with the blowing agent
pentane. During the pre-expansion, steam softens
the plastic resin causing the pentane to expand
the plastic into beads at least 50 times their
original size.
Large volumes of EPS are
available in molded foam & small quantity can
be fabricated.
There are two principle
applications for this material:
- Insulation... Excellent
insulating properties at a low cost compared to
fiberglass and other common insulating
materials.
- Packaging...Very useful
for packaging where items are not extremely
fragile, as it offers good cushioning at a
comparatively low cost.
