The factory is situated, at our own plot of 10000 sq. ft. having a built up shop floor area of about 5000 sq. ft., at Shivane, and is about 12 km from Pune Railway Station. RU has also expanded its arm by venturing into cold forging facility inhouse at their Dehu Road (near Pune) factory. • Foundation Bolts:
Using IS:2062 Grade A, En-8, En-19 material as per IS-1367 Class 8.8 / Class 10.9 or as per the requirement of the customer.
• Manufactured as per IS-5624, DIN 267, and DIN 529 with 2 nuts & washers Type A, B, C & D.
• J Type / L Type Foundation Bolts with Class 8 nut, 1 washer and 1 lock nut.
• Plate Type Foundation Bolts with 1 nut & 1 washer.
• Chimney Foundation Bolts.
• Long length (up to 6000 mm) Rock Bolts in Torr-Steel with 1 nut & 1 washer.
• Rail Track Foundation Bolts with 1 nut, 1 washer, 1 spring washer.
• Other Foundation Bolts as per specific requirement & drawing. |

• Studs Bolts / Studs :
Using IS:2062 Grade A, En-8, En-19, SS-410, SS-304, SS-316 or any other material as per the specification of the customer. As per IS:1367 Class 5.6, Class 8.8, Class 10.9, Class12.9, ASTM A193 B7, ASTM A193 B8, B8M, B16, ASTM A563 L7, L7M.
Surface Treatment: Blackodised, Phosphated, Zinc Plated with yellow, blue, olive green passivation.
Threading sizes from M6 to M100 ISO Metric 6g as per IS:4218 or equivalent in BSW / UNC, of following types
• Full Thread Studs as per DIN 975. Rods with Threading on one side as per DIN 524.
• Studs with Threading on two sides as per DIN 939, DIN 940, IS 1862 Type A, B & C.
• Tip-Welding Studs.
• Tie Rod Studs for Plate Type Heat Exchangers.
• Square / ACME Thread Studs (Lead Screws).
• Other Studs as per your specific requirement and drawing. |

• ASTM A193, A194 A490M / ASTM A 325M Hardware :
This specification covers the B7, B8, B8M grade & High Strength Steel Bolts Classes 10.9 and 10.9.3 for Structural Steel Joints. These are also called as High Friction Grip Bolts or Structural Bolts. Sizes range from M12 to M36.
Hex Head Bolts/Screws & Fit Bolts :
Using IS:2062 Grade A, En-8, En-19, SS-410, SS-304, SS-316 or any other material as per customer specification. As per IS:1367 Class 5.6, Class 8.8, Class 10.9, ASTM A 193 B7, B8, B8M, A2-70, A4-70, A4-80 Dimensions of Hex Head Bolts/Screws as per IS:1364, ANSI B18.2.2, IS:3757/DIN:6914 or as per customers’s requirement. Dimensions of Hex Head Fit Bolt as per IS:3640/DIN:610 or as per customers’s requirement.
