We charge an annual rate of 20% of licence costs for a maintenance contract, giving you support and updates for all users. We will automatically send you all new versions for the products you have bought for as long as your maintenance contract is valid. You will be informed about the release of service packs and can download them online (personal login at www.machineering.de). We can also send you a CD/DVD on request. You can contact us by phone or internet Mon - Fri between 8.00am and 6.00pm. Each and every support request is handled promptly.
