SEPRO - Centrifugal Finishing Machine

SEPRO Centrifugal Finishing Machine has got numbers of specially designed Barrels, rotating at high speed in a planetary system. The components to be deburred / finished are loaded into barrels, along with specific proportion of media, water & finishing compound. Then the machine is run to make components and media along with compound roll over each other, and interact rigorously under pressure, exerted by centrifugal force generated due to high speed of barrels, resulting in desired finish of components. Of course the finish depends on the type and size of media, shape of the barrels, type and composition of chemicals selected based on vast experience and knowledge, cycle time given and more important, the speed of turret & barrels.

The "sepro Gyroscreen" is a circular highly efficient gyrotary screen with adjustable multiplane three component mechanical vibration. The heart of gyroscreen is the robust specially made vibrator motor which is designed for long trouble free continuous operation. The vibrator motor has double extended shaft fitted at each end with variable eccentric weight. Motor is rigidly mounted on circular vibrating table on rugged springs. Number of interchangeable spacing frames having discharge outlets along with tensions rings fitted with screens cloth can be mounted one on top of the other, on the Vibrating table with the help of clamp rings.

SEPRO Vibratory Finishing Machine is specially designed rubber lined bowl having three component mechanical vibrations vertical, horizontal & gyretary, which can be tuned independently to suit any specific job for the optimum finish of parts. The components to be deburred/ finished, are loaded into the bowl, along with specific proportion of media, water & finishing compound. Then optimum vibration are set, these vibrations make components and media along with compound roll over each other and interact rigorously, resulting in Deburring, Finishing, Descaling, Discoloring, Burnishing, Smoothening & Brightening of components. The finish depends on the type and size of media, type and composition of chemicals, vibration pattern set etc. & of course the cycle time given.

The "SEPRO Compact Band Paper Filter" is a revolutionary and pioneering development in band filter technology and Engineered to precision, suited for high flow rate and dirt content. The "SEPRO Compact Band Paper Filter" has no relative movement, between the conveyor, filter paper, wheels and sludge drivers. Even large amounts of dirt and contamination, cannot damage the filter paper. The system requires up to 80 per cent less space, than a conventional band filters available, without any restrictions in terms of filtration output and cleaning efficiency.
