SGE has successfully Designed & Commissioned Fume scrubbing system for
• HCL fumes from Acid Pickling tanks. (Quantity-22000 cfm).
• HCL & Chrom fumes from Electroplating Process. (Quantity-9000 cfm).
• Triethy lamine ( TEA ) for cold box Core Making Plant. Capacities = 14000 cfm

FUME SCRUBBERS
 
Packed Column – Horizontal / Vertical : Contaminants are removed on contact withcounter current
scrubbing liquid within the packed bed Scrubber. Selection of suitable type & size of packing,
Column diameter as well as Gas-Liquid flow rate is very important to prevent flooding of the tower.
The performance of the scrubber is totally dependent on it.
