Shreenath Metals is expert in manufacture any critical as well as Helium leak proof Aluminum Castings through Gravity Die Casting with fully machined components. We can produce up to 100 kgs casting in Gravity Die Casting. We are having a full-fledged team of skilled operators, we can produce excellent results and also we have been infield experience since 25 years.
In addition, we are having well-developed machine Shop and other in house facilities-including Core Shooter, Heat Treatment, Shot Blasting, Air/Hydraulic Leak Testing, Vibratory Finishing, Copper Spraying, Helium Testing, Buffing etc. Factory also has well developed quality laboratory with including all testing and inspection facilities such as Spectrometer, Electrical Conductivity, Surface Roughness Testing, Helium Leak Testing, Vaccum Testing etc.
We are also an ISO 9001:2008 certified as well as approved by PGCIL. |

We have installed capacity of 3000MT/Annum. Total area of this plant is 60 sqmtr and covered area is 45 sq. mtr. Having established our name as a reputed manufacturer of GDC
We established Aluminum Foundry in 1996. In a very short period,as a result of dedicated efforts by our people, we have successfully firmed up as a reliable supplier of intricate Aluminum castings through GDC process with all surface finishing. |
