 Autoclave
Application
Autoclaves are specially designed for Medical, Clinical,
Bacteriological & Research Laboratories,
Pharmaceuticals, Fertilizer plants, Breweries, Soft
drink Mfrs etc.
Material of
construction
Double walled thick gauge AISI Stainless Steel 304
quality, All contact parts of Stainless Steel, Top lid
die pressed.
Working
Sterilization is the destruction by physical or chemical
agents, or living micro organisms, such as bacteria or
their viable pores. Commonly used methods of
sterilization are Dry heat, Boiling water, Free flowing
steam, Pressurized steam, Gas & Filtration. Pressurized
steam sterilization employed in the Autoclave is the
most universally used method of sterilization.
Double walled, electrically operated vertical autoclaves
are sturdy, built exclusively for laboratory purpose.
Each Autoclave is rigidly tested & equipped with long
lasting moulded Neoprene / Silicon gasket.

Muffle Furnace
Temp. Range : Up to 1200șC. Accuracy : ±
3șC
Applications
Muffle Furnaces are specially designed to suit the I.S &
A. S T. M Standards. It is applied in the growing fields
of Medical, Research, Agricultural, Industrial, Metal
treatment, Ash Determination & Wool Industries.

Fabrication :
Fabricated on heavy M. S plates with heavy double walled
door with ceramic wool used as insulation. Inner made of
Silimenite muffle External made of CRCA / MS duly epoxy
powder coated. Door insulation of HFK bricks.
Heating Element
:
Heating Is provided by A-1 Kanthal.
Temp Controller :
Digital temp. controller with Thermocouple CR / AL.
Optional :
Microprocessor based PID controller with Timer.
Electronic solid state fuses. Ventury Ejector at the
back as air circulation as per A. S. T.M standards.
Energy regulator or blind regulator is installed as
safety device.

BOD Incubator
Applications
These equipments are primarily designed to meet the
requirements of Biochemical Oxygen Demand tests, it can
also be used in applications like incubation serum
studies, study of enzymatic digestion processes, tissue
culture, preservation of vacancies, long term sample
storage, fruit fly, immunological works etc.

Triple walled, exterior of CRCA/GI non-contaminant epoxy
powder coated & interior of AISI S.S. 304 with PUF /
Glasswool insulation. An inner full view acrylic door &
outer double walled metal door with PUF/ Glass wool
insulation magnetic catch & lock
