Vertical Handle Hold Down Action Toggle Clamps

These Surya toggle Clamps are flanged base. The Handle remains vertical while clamping. The locking arm opens 100º for easy loading and unloading of work piece. Stopper is provided for safety of the operator.
Three different types of locking bars are available.

U- Bar:-	This permits the spindle to locate any where along the length of the holding bar.
Straight Bar :-	This can be cut and the spindle can be welded at any desired distance and angle.
Solid Bar :-	This arm is wide and can be drilled and tapped as required.

Horizontal Handle Hold Down Action Toggle Clamps

These Surya Toggle Clamps are flanged base, with punched holes for mounting. The handle remains Horizontal while clamping. The Locking arm opens 100º for easy loading and unloading of work piece. Stopper is provided for safety of the operator. These clamps are of lower height in design and can be used where vertical space limitations exist.

Straightline Action ( Push - Pull ) Toggle Clamps

These Clamps are of S.G. Iron base, with precision machined bore and powder coated. The Shaft is alloy steel, hardened, tempered and ground to close tolerance. The shaft is tapped to accept threaded spindle for easy adjustment. The plunger moves in same direction as the handle is moved. This feature makes the clamp, operator convenient.

Pull Action and Hook Type Toggle Clamps

These are ideal for clamping where it is preferable to mount the clamp on the lid and the latch plate on the vessel.The threaded 'U' bar is provided for easy adjustment.

Heavy Duty Toggle Clamps

These vertical Action Clamps are Heavy Duty Clamps.The design of linkage and handle makes them suitable to operate for heavy loads.All components are blakodized and rivets are hardened and move in hardened bushes.The holding bar can be drilled,tapped or welded as required.The locking arm opens through 150 degree.The holding bar is guided while clamping,hence can give accurate repeatability

Pneumatically & Hydraulically operated Vertical & Horizontal Toggle Clamps

These Surya Toggle Clamps are similar to Model No. 101. The double acting Pneumatic Cylinder is provided.Cylinder remains fixed.

Pneumatically & Hydraulically operated Straightline Action Toggle Clamps

These Pneumatic Toggle action clamps are having greater holding capacity and do not require high air pressure like the other pneumatic clamps.The linkages and bushings are of Alloy Steel,hardened and ground to precise tolerance and are enclosed to keep them free from contaminations.The over center toggle actions is used for positive locking and safety.These clamps can be used for high productivity.The mounting holes are provided on three sides.The clamping arm is provided with hexagon hole for adjustment at 60Ø.

The Holding Arm opens 110Ø for easy loading and unloading of work piece.
The holding Arm can be provided at both the sides.
