Our Telescopic Covers are manufactured of special sheet in virtually any gauge, in steel or stainless steel the covers are designed for maximum protection of the guide ways against hot chips, coolant and grinding emulsions.
Telescopic covers can be produced to any forms to suit horizontal, vertical; cross beam mountings the telescopic covers protect machine tool bed guide ways against damage by swarf and coolant.
They reduce sideways wear, thus maintaining the accuracy of the machine and keeping maintenance cost minimum, keeping maintenance cost minimum. |

• Used those cases where no telescopic covers can be fitted due to space constrains.
• Produced with nylon fiber refine sheets.
• Also constructed with scissors, bearings, rollers and stainless steel flaps where hot chips are present. |

• Construction consists of high tensile synthetic fabric or spring steel shade mounted on spring loaded roller take up mechanism housed within steel canister
• A brush wiper on the canister cleans the shade as it retracts and prevents foreign matter from damaging the take up hardware
• Used at telescopic covers or the bellows can’t be fitted due to space constrain
• Lie directly on the bed/guide ways and can hang down freely at the other end |
