Terg - O - tometer

Application
Specially used for laboratory evaluation of Soaps, detergents, dyestuffs, surfactants, cleaners for textiles & other materials.

Fabrication :
Heavy angular structure with CRCA / M.S. duly non-contaminant epoxy powder coated. It has a water bath with S. S tank, Six 2-litre S. S beakers, six motor-driven S. S agitators.

Working:
It gives scaled reproductions of larger washer, This is a 6 place washing machine simulating the action of the agitator type washer.

Temp. Control:
Microprocessor based PID temp. controller for water bath, agitator speed controller, automatic timer to set" wash" & rinse cycles.

ICE FLAKER

These equipment produced crushed Ice, slow melting Ice flakes & are mainly used in the growing fields of Medical, Industrial, Chemical Industries, Hospitals, colleges, Institutions, R & D & Q.C. Laboratories.

S.S bin of 304 quality for collection of Ice & the outer is made of CRCA non-contiminant expoxy powder coated. It rests on heavy angular frame structure.

Efficient cooling system with hermetically seated compressors & CFC Free referigerant, complete with air cooled condensor & fan motor. It is a self-contained Ice producer with a well insulated Ice storage bin of various capacities.

It is a direct drive mechanism system which delivers Ice flakes faster. Insulated bin keeps the Ice for longer period. A door is provided on the top of the bin for easy removal of Ice. There is a auto cut off system, when the bin is full of Ice it cuts off the refrigeration systems & re-starts when the level comes down.

Additional safety thermostat for controller. It can be supplied with water filler & water failure protection device, the system will get cut off when the water supply fails & get started automatically when the water supply is resumed. Also available GMP Models / Complete S. S. unit.

Environmental Controller / Dehumidifier (Vertical / Horizontal)

These equipments are capable of maintaining Relative Humidity 35% RH to 45% RH & are mainly used in Pharmaceutical Laboratories Capsules, Strip packing, Tablet Section, Packing Rooms, Processing Industries, Printing & Lithography, Photographic Industries, Communication equipment rooms, Computer & data storage various other purposes

Heavy gauge construction of CRCA sheet or AISI Stainless steel, Robust angular structure removable casing panel makes all parts easily accessible for adjustments & service when required

Working of Environment Controller (De-humidifier)

The equipment is based on refrigeration principle. It removes the moisture content of humid air in an enclosed room & condenses the moisture of the humid air into water which continuously drops into tray. No chemicals or dehydrating substances are used Relative humidity can be maintained depending upon the cubic feet volume, the temp & no. of occupants in the room. The walls & ceilings should be vapour proof to minimize infiltration of moisture into the room

Refrigeration system

It is fitted with a hermetically sealed compressors to operate on 230 volts , Single phase 50Hz, with heat exchanging coil, water condensing coil & fan motor assembly. The unit is mounted on a trolley with a water collection tank at the bottom.
