Industrial Reserve Osmosis Plants
These plants are designed for purifying water in an industrial environment. We offer industrial RO plants in standard capacities, which range from 400 lph to 3000 lph. However higher capacities such as up to 50000 lph and more also can be offered.

Cabinet Type Reserve Osmosis and UF Plants
Small RO plants are enclosed in MS powder coated cabinets. Cabinets have a Lock and key that protects it from unauthorized access. Fully automatic, these plants are excellent in aesthetics. Higher recovery (optional) can be achieved through reject recycle. Compact in structure, these are provided with adequate safety interlocks and ensure easy operation.

Application
The cabinet type RO and UF plants offered by us have found several applications in centralized drinking water systems in factories and offices. These plants can also be used as replacement of bottled water, chemicals, battery water, laundry and for cooking & domestic applications
 
   
   
Small Plants FRP
 
These plants are made in FRP vessels and are designed for small capacity requirements. We use up-flow, counter-current, packed bed technology, which ensure better quality at lower chemical and capital costs. Unlike the conventional system of complicated frontal piping and valves, the use of Multiport valves ensure easy and trouble free operation. These plants can be used in conditions, where capacity requirements are less than 12 m 3/hr and where the inlet ionic load is less.

Feature
Compact in size, these plants are skid mounted and are provided with corrosion resistant FRP vessels and PVC piping. Some of the other salient features include - Packed bed, Up-flow vessels, counter-current regeneration for improved quality and output. Easy to operate and maintain, these plants are available at competitive prices and are also available in automatic Multiport valves


Range
The volume of resin, which can be filled in the vessel, specifies these plants. These vessels are also available in different resin holding capacities (Litre) such as 10, 15, 30, 50, 100, 150, 180, 250, 310, 450, 710, 1020 etc. Flow rates range from 0-12 m3 / hr.

The various applications of small plant FRP include boiler feed, process, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, beverages, semi conductors washing, car washing, laundry, hotels, swimming pools, textiles, laboratories, domestic use etc.
   
   
   

Clarifiers, HRSCC

 
Clarifiers are used typically for reducing suspended solids load by coagulation and settling method. High Rate Solids Contact Clarifier is used in applications, where the inlet solids load is variable and if the solids are fine. Flocs formed in flocculator are settled in Tube or plate (lamella) settlers or in the settling zone of a clarifier. These equipment are used in river or lake water for high flow rates and also in ETP STPs.

Feature
Available in both the civil as well as MS constructions and the range is complete in itself to fulfill the specific customer requirements. Designed with precision, these plants ensure smooth and trouble-free operation and can be used to handle variable load of solids, anaerobic as well as aerobic treatments. Supports advanced processes such as SAFF, UASB etc and provide effective sludge handling.


Application
Clarifiers, HRSCC can be used for applications such as pretreatment of surface water source and applications in municipal supply treatment plants, ETPs and STPs.
