Universal Heat Transfer is a leading manufacturer of copper tube with an international reputation as an innovative, dependable & high quality producer.

 
We wish to introduce ourselves as manufacturers of copper & its alloys tubes as per various specifications and in a wide range of dimensions and shapes.

In our state of art plant at Panvel, all operations viz. drawing and testing are carried out in house under strict supervision and quality control, resulting in production of tubes of highest standard. In view of our enormous production capacity, deliveries are made as per the customer's schedule.

Apart from plain pipes , we can also cater to your requirement of integrally finned tubes with both internal and external fins of varying density. In addition to manufacturing tubes for General Engineering and Electrical purposes, we also produce fully bright annealed copper tubes in coil form for applications in refrigeration and air-conditioning industry. We also manufacture seamless flat tubes for radiators.

PANCAKE COILS

Available in standards lengths of 18 and 30 meters for the Australian market and 15 and 15.24 meters (50 feet) for export meters. These coils are supplied in the annealed form and are individually packed in a protective plastic sleeves & then boxed in cardboard cartons for easy handling and distribution.

STRAIGHT LENGTHS
Tubes ordered as straight lengths are generally supplied as standard 6.0 meters for the market, and 5.8 meter lengths to facilitate loading and unloading of 20 foot containers for export markets. Shorter lengths are available to suit standard requirements of other markets. Straight lengths if required, are usually supplied in the hard drawn and half hard tempers, dependent on the standards specified. Annealed straight lengths are available on request.

LEVEL WOUND COILS
Level wound coils are especially suited to long production runs for industrial applications and are available in ultra-thin walls. Most commonly supplied in the light annealed form, level wound coils can also be ordered in the fully annealed or hard drawn temper. Level wound coil is often specified in refrigeration quality and is ideally suited for the manufacture of heat exchangers.

PRELAGGED COPPER TUBE
Universal Heat Transfer offers a range of prelagged copper tubes which eliminate costly hand lagging, reduce heat loss, allow for expansion and contraction, and provide protection in aggressive environments.
