We have good infrastructure to design and manufacture of different types of jigs

Various Types of jigs we produce are

1) Box Jig
2) Angle plate jig
3) Channel Jig
4)Trunion jig
5) Universal Jig
6)Special jigs for multi spindle machines.

As we have good designing facilities at our end.

We first design, draw the drawing , specify the different parts of the jig and fixture, specify the properties required for each part.

viz-- Hardness, accuracy with detailed tolerances specifying on the drawing.

Then we get the design approval from the customer, and then only we start working on the same.

We strictly adhere to the specifications and tolerances as per requirement.

Every component is inspected at every stage of operation.

Only after getting final approval from our inspection dept, we start assembling of the jigs & fixtures.

For jigs, which guide the tool/drill/Broach, the guide bushes are prepared and only hardened bushes are used. these bushes are ground on our cylindrical grinding machine .

All parts of the fixture are manufactured as per specifications and then assembled.

A trial is taken at our end, before dispatch.

Our final inspection dept approves the assembly, and then only it is dispatched with the sample produced on the particular jig & fixture.

At our end we have a power press, on which we take all trials on the finished die.

the die locators and punches are made from wear resistant material and are have very high degree of accuracy.

We provide -EJECTION SYSTEM also if required by the customer.

The ejection system either
1) HYDRAULIC

2) PNEUMATIC

is made as per requirement .all the ejector pins are made with high degree of accuracy.

The locating DOVELS and DOVEL BUSHES ARE ALSO MADE with precision grinding on our cylindrical griner, after they are hardened as per required hardness and then ground.
