| PERFORATED SHEETS METALS |

Three Gee's know-how in perforation is a decade old and comprises of whole series. Multi punch units perforate plates or coils of mild Steel Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Brass, copper, Titanium, Plastics etc., in different shapes i.e. round, Square, Oblong.
We can perforate sheets from 0.5 mm to 50 mm up to 10 mm thickness,with a maximum width of 1.5 mtrs. in various hole patterns and as per customers requirement / design. Our products are not only used for Industrial purposes but even Architects recognize the aesthetic charm of perforated plates.

| WIRE MESH / CLOTH |

We Weave Wire cloth in all specification, Meshes and apertures to comply with INDIAN and international standards. Our fabrication department is equipped with Most Modern Machinery to produce Wire cloth in various metals and as per customer’s specific requirement. We can produce Wire cloth from 1 Mesh to 500 Mesh up to 5 Microns, Meshes can be manufactured in various types of Weave and wire Dia i.e. Plain Weave, Twilled Weave, DUTCH Weave, LOCK CRIMPED .We have them all .We Weave our Wire Cloth/Mesh in rolls to particular lengths and width Maximum up to 3,000mtr wide.
Steel Wire Cloth can be provided from 1 Mesh to 500 Mesh up to 5 microns, we have them all. Meshes can be manufactured in various types of weaves and wires dia. Steel wire cloth can be supplied in various MOC: MS, GI. SS (All grades), Copper, Brass, Etc. |

| VIBRATING SCREEN |

Screens for sizing and straining can be furnished with any style of edge preparation or hook strip, ready for installation into any type equipment. Often the edges of screens of woven of heavier than .250" are fabricated to hook on to the vibrating frame. however, most screens made of .250" and lighter wire have a hook strip supporting the edges. Absolutely square hook strips enable screens to be kept under greater, more uniform tension. This protects them against distortion and excessive vibration which causes metal fatigue and breakage .applications in a wide range of industries, including food processing, chemical, paper, coal, clay, and metal mining. Used for dewatering, washing, sizing, scalping, and more. Also widely used on shale shakers for reclaiming drilling mud.

| FILTERS / STRAINERS |

Three Gee manufacture purpose made filters, pressings and filter elements to customers' specifications. Facilities include welding, soft soldering, brazing, spot welding and press forming, and the production of filters incorporating turned or shaped metal components.We produce the complete range of standard shape filters that are on the market at the moment; we can also produce single pieces or small quantities according to customer's requirement.
These wire mesh Filter packs are used in man-made and synthetic fiber industries in their poly spinning departments. They are also used in plastic (raw Mat.) manufacturing industries. Filter packs are available as per customers size & requirement in circular. Circular disc type with metal rim on the border, and with multiple layers wire mesh, filter packs mainly prevents any contamination (foreign particle) in the molten mass and gives pure virgin material on extrusion. The metal rim acts as gaskets too, preventing any leakage.
