Hammer Mill :

Hammer mill is a economical unit designed for general all-round work for time saving operation. Most often, the only changes necessary are of Screens, hammers and liners.
Feed Material passes through a wide feed hopper into the grinding chamber. The swinging hammers, in the rotating hammer rotor, crush materials at the stationery liners before driving them trough a screen and type of hammers used. The method of operation is impact grinding.
Traditional disintegrators are technologically replaced by these modern machine, having total flexibility. Combination of different hammer styles, liner plates, sieve inserts and wear resistance technology offer almost unlimited possibilities of crushing lumpy, bulky, irregularly shaped, hard & fibrous materials, into coarse to medium fine powder.

Hammer mill is subjected to rigid final inspection and actual grinding tests at our experimental station before it is delivered to the stores for dispatch. Grinding tests with your materials can also be carried out

CONVEYOR IDLERS :

SALIENT FEATURE
* Conforms to IS:8598-1987.
* Minimum roller gap to maximise belt life as it eliminates danger of pinching and damaging belt.
* Forward tilt of side rollers ensures proper belt training.
* 'Drop in type' design facilitates easy mounting and removal of rollers.

ACCESSORIES
For Impact Idlers specially designed soft rubber rings are fitted to absorb impact at loading and transfer points.
Also manufacture special rubber lagged rollers or PVC lined rollers for handling corrosive material.
Special rubber rings are provided for self cleaning rollers.

CONVEYOR PULLEYS

SALIENT FEATURES :
* Confirms to IS:8531-1986.
* Each Pulley is designed according to its position in conveyor, considering all tension parameters.
* Pulleys are statically balance.
* All components are standardised and compatible, hence less cost.

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION :
* Welded steel pulleys are of drum type, with rim, end disc and hubs designed to give maximum rim overhang, prevents accumulation of material.
* Smooth Pulley surfaces provide maximum belt protection.
* Hubs and end disc are accurately machined to assure concentricity.
* Pulleys are available with straight or crowned face.
* Pulleys shafts are made from carbon steel/EN-8 and are designed for torque and bending moment.
* Normally shafts are keyed in hub. However, taper lock blushing for ease of maintenance can be provided. Shafts are welded to pulley hub in case of light duty.
