YENKAY INSTRUMENTS & CONTROLS was established in 1990 as a proprietary concern and placed at 128, Vinayak Society, Sahakarnagar no. 1, Pune 411 09.Yenkay started with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Calibration and Marketing of Process Control Instruments.
Over the period of time “Yenkay” has acquired expertise and knowledge in the field of Calibration of Electro technical, Thermal & Mechanical Measurements. Yenkay provide Calibration Services at customer doorstep as well as at Yenkay’s Laboratory. The Yenkay Calibration Services have enabled customers to improve their product quality.
In 1997 YENKAY INSTRUMENTS & CONTROLS PVT. LTD. is established to cater for the growing needs of the activities. Yenkay is up-dating time to time & as a part of up gradation programme ‘Yenkay’ is being certified for ‘Quality Management System Standard ISO 9001-2008 by ICS. Also “Yenkay” has acquired NABL Accreditation in three disciplines 1. Electro Technical, 2.Mechanical, 3. Thermal Calibration. Calibration at customer’s premises is also included in NABL Scope.
Yenkay Laboratory is equipped with sophisticated master instruments traceable to National Standards & supported by a group of dedicated, technically qualified, trained Engineers & Technicians.

A Fluke make Multi-Product calibrator sources AC/DC Voltage, AC/DC Current with multiple Waveforms as well as Resistance (up to 1 Giga ohm), Capacitance (up to 110 milli Farad), Frequency, Thermocouples & RTDs along with Oscilloscope Calibration facility. It has got basic accuracy of 50 ppm.
Keithlay (U.S.A.) make Multimeter offers 71/2 Digit resolution & basic accuracy of 0.0018% offering exceptional resolution, accuracy & sensitivity.

Pressure Gauge calibration
Pressure Calibration Facility up to 700 Bar. Reference standards for Pressure measurement are Crystal- U.S.A. make Digital Pressure Gauges and Calibrators that have accuracy of 0.05% of reading and 0.1% of reading.

| Liquid Flow Meter & BTU Meter Calibration |

Flow Meter Calibration
The flow meter is calibrated by Calibrated Ultrasonic Flow meter. It has got two sensors which is mounted on pipeline at a specific distance and without disturbing the system flow is measured and compared with device under calibration.
BTU Meter Calibration
In this system, Flow & Temperature is measured by Calibrated instruments. These measured values are used to calculate Energy. This calculated value of Energy and reading of device under calibration is compared.
