Tray Dryer
TRIPLE walled in construction. Exterior made of Mild Steel with thick iron angle frame. The entire outer body is duly painted by long lasting DUCO Paint. Interior made of Mild Steel [20 swg.] with provision for forced air circulation using motorized blower. Provided with control panel for monitoring temperature. Installed with a Microprocessor based PID Digital Temperature Indicating Controller with BUILTIN Timer Superior quality contactor for cutting / restoring power to the heaters are incorporated. Doors provided with safety cut-out system disables the Motor & the Heaters when doors are opened in operational mode. Control panel with suitable neon lamps for indication of Mains On/Off. Heater On/Off etc. 48/ 96 & 192 TRAYS TRAY DRIER SUPPLIED WITH M.S. ANGLE TROLLEY BUT WITHOUT TRAYS. Unit works on EITHER 230 V AC, 50 Hz. OR 440 V AC 3 Phase Supply.
