The heart of any Pre-Treatment or Electro-Deposition (PT/ED) line is the Transporter. The transporter helps improve the productivity and quality in pre-treatment, electro- deposition and other similar multi-tank dipping processes by automating the sequential multi-tank dipping process, which was previously being carried out manually. The process is very much dependent on the capabilities and performance of the transporter.

Utcon Engineers Private Limited, with over a decade long experience in the field of material handling systems and automation, has come up with a breakthrough design in transporter technology which enables a reduction in the cycle time to as low as 2.5 minutes along with smooth and controlled movement of the transporter wagons.
