We are now in the Third decade of business operations. Our business was first established in an industrial estate in Mumbai in 1980 as a proprietary firm engaged in manufacture of textile auxiliaries.

We became a Private Limited Company in 1998 and shifted our Works to Pune acquiring suitable premises and facilities to meet our ever increasing R & D requirements.

Today we are providing products of the highest quality to the Engineering industry.

Is to make products specifically to address the needs of our customers. We have a strong R&D team eager to make products that are not manufactured in India to present the option of import substitution to customers.
