Single Point Diamond Dressers
Single point means only one cutting edge is presented to the Grinding Wheel. These are made form selected Diamonds according to their structural strength. The proper selection of size and quality is according to the wheel Diameter and Width. With qualified judgement according to parameters and Depth of cut, Drag Angle, coolant, we offer the grade of Diamonds such as :
I) Natural Point, II) Brutted Point (Congoround) for excellent results.

• Multiple Diamond Dressers

  
These tools replace Single point Diamond Dressers. Since more diamonds come in contact with the wheel the workload is divided. Best quality Octahedron Diamonds are set in a variety of patterns and maintained close tolerance of height of diamond points. They obtain fine finish & efficient dressing and are also less expensive.

•Diamond Lapping Pest

  

Diamond Lapping Pest is made of graded Diamond Powder together with suitable vehicle for efficient use and desired results. They are available in oil & water-soluble medias. Diamond Lapping Pest is used for rapid polishing or all hard materials and also creating a high degree of finish. For manufacturing Dies, Seals, Components, Molds and other allied areas where superior polishing required the diamond pest is used.
The Diamond Indenters are manufactured from an Octahedron exceptionally fine diamonds. The assorted diamonds are super lapped with exact angle of 120o with radius on tip. The concentricity and other parameters are controlled to determine accurate hardness with maximum indentation. They will last longer and highest standard and performance.

• Blade Type Diamond Dressers

  
For manufacturing Blade Type Diamond Dresser, superfine quality needle type diamonds in multi layer are setted in Tungsten Carbide. The form blade type is moulded as a small plate. "While using, as soon as the first layer is completely used, the second layer is immediately exposed without change in setting.
