EOT Crane Gear Box
Gear Boxes and couplings are the HEART of any crane are responsible to a major extent for the performance reliability. The gear units use HARDENED & PROFILE GROUND HELICAL GEARS in R 20 series running silent oil bath and vibration free steel fabricated stress relieved or graded cast iron housing. The gear unit have long life and are almost maintenance free. All gears, pinions and gear boxes conform to DIN-6/AGMA-12 tolerances. The weight/power ratio is optimised by the use of case hardened low carbon alloy steels of high strength (58-62 HRC). The gear reduction efficiency obtained is as high as 99% per reduction

EOT Crane Runner Wheel

The double flanged cylindrical wheels are made from high strength chrome-molybdenum steel. Running surfaces are hardened to 40 HRC. The wheels run on self aligning antifriction roller bearings and have substantial flanges on either side of the machined running face. The wheels are shrunk fit on to their respective axles. The wheel units can be easily replaced because of split housing design.

Crane Wheel Asemblies are available in a wide range of standard sizes. In addition, Crane Wheel Assemblies to meet your special design requirements can be produced in virtually any size, configuration and surface finish condition. Crane Wheel Assemblies are available in any surface hardness up to 60 hrc Rc including our standard heat treatments.Crane wheels are also able to be Deep Hardened orDifferentially Hardened for heavy wear or load requirements. For applications with severe flange loading we also manufacture an AISI-4140 "Super Tough" crane wheel.

EOT Crane Winch
Winch frame will be fabricated out of rolled mild steel sections of adequate capacity as per IS-226 and will be well gusseted, for complete rigidity to withstand various loads. All the components will be mounted on the base frame. The frame will be covered by chequered plates. Suitable lifting and anchoring arrangement will be provided on the base frame for lifting and easy transportation of the Winch. Rope drum will be fabricated out of rolled mild steel plates / seamless pipe of adequate capacity as per IS-226/made out of graded cast steel. The drum will be grooved/UN grooved and suitable side flanges will be provided on both sides of the drum. The drum will be keyed to the main drum shaft. The shaft will be free to rotate on standard self aligning double row bearing/gun metal bushes, fitted inside the fabricated side brackets, for smooth operation.
