Ball Valves

 Ball Valves are of soft seated, Floating Ball, 3 piece design available in both Regularport & Full Port patterns. Ball is seat suppported and quarter turn rotates the ball from full open to full close position.
The stem flange, and integral part of the stem, prevents the stem from blowing out from pressure within the body cavity. This feature also allows replacement of stem packing while the valve is under pressure.
One of the most important component in any Ball valve is the Ball itself. The Ball is accurately machined to mirror finish and the exact sphericity to ensure low operation torque and high pressure holding capacity and thus increasing life of the valve.

Gate Valves

 These valves are designed to provide minimum turbulance & resistance to flow when in fully open position. Sufficiently long guide ribs in the body along with accurately machined wedge & guide slots ensure accuate control & allignment of wedge while operating. Wedges are generally solid type & are accurately machined, precisely alligned & prefectly lapped with renewable seats in Carbon Steel & integral seats in Stainless Steel. All the valves have back seat arrangement as an additional sealing under full working pressure whcih facilitated replacement of packing with valves under fully open condition.

Globe Valves

Design Features :

These valves are designed for least possible obstruction to free flow by providing curvature turns in the body. Thereby minimising stresses & turbulences also. Discs are plug type and held together with steam by disc nut & allows the perfect seating arrangement on the seat. Carbon Steel & Cast alloy valves have renewable seats while stainless and other higher grade materials have integral seats. All the valves have back seat arrangement as an additional sealing under full working pressure which facilitated replacement of packing with the valve under fully open condition.

Non Slam Check Valves

Salient Features :

* Spring closing arrangement for the prevention of reverse flow in pipe    lines.
* These valves are general purpose valves that are stronger, lighter and    smaller
   than conventional Swing Check valves and therefore, less expensive to    install and maintain.
* Suitable for higher pressure / temperature (upto 4000 c)
* Compact Design for simple installation between a wide range of flange     types.
* It can be mounted in any plane / direction.
* Extremely low opening pressures.
* Available sizes 15mm to 100mm, suitable for PN6-PN40 and ANSI     150/300
* Weight and Dimensions are same for class 150 & class 300 valves.
* Valves are self centering type.
* Zero leakage for soft seated valves.
* The maximum permissible leakage rate shall be 3 cubic centimeter per    minute
   per inch of nominal pipe size for metal seated valves.
* Design : As per manufacturers standard.
* Testing : As per API 598.
