We are having Tata Honeywell make PLC system (Model 620 Logic Manager/Controller) at our plant in Nagpur. This is for controlling 2 nos container filling machines in our shop floor. Presently, there is single panel which is controlling both machines. The PLC model has become obsolete (installed in around 1994-95) and in case of any breakdown, affects both the filling machines and thereby, our production. In view of the same, we want to upgrade the PLC and allied components and have separate controls for both filling machines.
