ATTRITOR

This type of attritor consists of a jacketed vessel with the inner shell made up of S.S.material and the outer Shell made of M.S.Material.The unit will have a discharge at  the bottom. The Base of the shell will be made of S.S.304 plate. The rotating shaft will be made from S.S.material having an appropriate diameter and will also consist of 7 cross bars with welded projections. At the bottom the rotating shaft consists of an impeller. All the contact parts i.e.the rotating shaft, the cross bars, the inner shell and the base of the vessel will be made from S.S.304 material.The drive will consist of a Motor of desired HP coupled to a suitable gear box to give a final output between 100~125 rpm.

The Disperser range is designed to disperse , mix and homogenise products of different Technologies Differentversions and accessories are available to accommodate thixotropy, aeration requirements etc of the product:

SIGMA KNEADER
This machine comprises of a double 'U' shaped container welded and machined together inside which rotates two 'Z' shaped sigma blades in opposite directions. The clearances between the walls and the container are kept to a minimum to ensure maximum effciency in kneading and mixing. The shafts of the sigma blades are fitted in bearing blocks which are each provided with roller bearings, steel glands/teflon rubber seals for smooth and leakless operations. The kneader is mounted on a sturdy base frame fabricated out of ISMC sections and are free from vibrations. For cooling and heating jackets are provided.
  
These types of machines are available in M.S. And S.S.contruction. The kneader can be tilted by means of a mechanical system or manually and for bigger models beyond 250 Kgs we provided hydraulic tilting.

Hydraulic tilting system is provided with complete power pack, electric motor, pressure valves, pipes, fittings, cylinders and hoses which makes the tilting mechanism quick, easy and simple to operate.

CONTRUCTION :
 
This type of machine is provided with a stainless steel tank fitted with :
A ) Float controlled supply Valve ,which maintains a constant level to get accurate filling levels.
B ) Fabricated and precisely machined filling valve suitable to different sizes of outlets, depending on the container openings.
C ) Valve lifter

All the parts in contact with the filling material are made of S S 304 material.All other parts except the stand and the weighing mechanism are made of alloy steel and wherever necessary it is hardened and are easily replaceable in case of accidental damage.


FILLING ACCURACY : As the filling is controlled vbu an accurate weighing mechanism which is operated for the gross weight of the container with the liqiud filled stays within the limits of 0.2 % tolerance.
