:: CYLINDERS ::

Air / Gas Compressor Cylinders of Ingersoll Rand and Kirloskar

1 ) Cylinders are manufactured by graded cast iron with OEM specifications and dimensions. Cylinders are available in all range for Aircooled and watercooled compressors.

2 ) Cylinders are perfectly bored & honed on vertical boring machine and honing machine with all correct & permissible tolerances. Top/Bottom surfaces are duly ground & drilled with proper fixtures to ensure proper assembly with related parts.

3 ) The length & bore of cylinder is properly maintained as per OEM for correct stroke & flow of Air/Gas & performance of unit.

::: CRANK  SHAFTS :::

 

Crank Shafts of Ingersoll Rand and Kirloskar

1)  Crank shafts are available for both the type of compressor that is Air cooled & Water cooled unit.

2)  Crank shaft for Air cooled compressors rotates on heavy duty ball Bearings which are hydraulic pressed with axial alignment. These Crank shaft are dynamic balanced for vibration free working of unit & properly drilled for mounting of centrifugal unloaders to release pressurised  Air / Gas from Intercoolers during unload position.

3) Forged heavy duty Crank shafts are for water cooled heavy duty compressors. These crank shaft are machined and  ground on Main Bearing Journal & crank pin Journal  by maintaining diameteral tolerance and axial tolerance perfectly with main Bearing bushing &  crank pin bushing. Also Internally perfectly drilled for oil path for proper lubrication & to  maintain oil pressure.

All types of “O” rings for I/R & KPC compressors are available ex-stock. Different types of MOC like Neoprene, Viton, Nitrite & Silicon rubber “O”Rings are available with proper standard thickness & roundness as per the OEM specification.
 
Gasket of different size for I/R & KPC compressors with MOC, Asbestos, Non Asbestos, Spiral steel, Ring gasket of Solid Copper/Solid Alluminium, copper asbestos, Alluminim asbestos with proper standard thickness and Roundness are available ex-stock with us. Standard Oil Seals with S.S. spring for grip with different size of compressor of I/R & KPC are available ready stock for immediate shipments.
